I’ve lived all over the country. Moving 7 times in 14 years taught me a love for hauses, the thrill of the sale, and the adaptability to connect with any human I meet.

An extensive background in sales, paired with a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, make me the perfect match for real estate. I was hustling as far back as I remember. It started with yoyos in elementary school, and now it’s all about haus.

As a queer + trans human, I’m committed to making homeownership inclusive and accessible for everyone. I bring determination, sunshine energy, and cancer sun empathy to every relationship. As a lifelong creative entrepreneur, I know how overwhelming this process can feel for folks. I LOVE the thrill of negotiations, and securing concessions for my clients. It’s one of my favorite parts of the process besides key day!

If it wasn’t for my real estate business, I wouldn’t have been able to buy a haus myself. I’ve met some of the coolest people I know through this business, and I want to share all these resources with you. It’s so vital for folks to feel secure in their haus, have the ability to create community in their own space, and who doesn’t love building generational wealth? These things are crucial for the LQBTQIA+ community, and I’m here to make magic happen for you!

vonderhaus has an official partnership with the modern minimalist (owned by Jess’ wife and partner) to provide clients with services for moving, home organizing, staging and renovations.

When I’m not connecting clients and homes, you can find me renovating our mid mod ranch in the ‘Couve, foraging for mushrooms with my wife and rescue pup, or producing electronic music.
