Jess has lived all over the country. Moving 7 times in 14 years taught him a love for hauses, the thrill of the sale, and how nothing is better than a stable place to call home in the PNW.

An extensive background in sales, paired with a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, make Jess the perfect match for real estate. “I was selling joyful products and services as far back as I remember, including yoyos in elementary school! Now it’s all about haus.”

As a queer + trans human, Jess is committed to making homeownership inclusive and accessible for everyone. He brings determination, sunshine energy, and cancer sun empathy to every human he encounters. As a lifelong creative entrepreneur, Jess knows how overwhelming this process can feel for folks. He LOVES the excitement of negotiations and securing concessions for his clients. “It’s one of my favorite parts of the process besides key day!”

If it wasn’t for his real estate business, Jess says he wouldn’t have been in a position to buy a haus himself and expresses gratitude for everything this business has taught him. He has met some of the coolest people he knows through this business and is eager to share all these resources with you. It’s so vital for folks to feel secure in their haus, have the ability to create community in their own space, and who doesn’t love building generational wealth? These things are crucial for the LQBTQIA+ community and Jess is here to make magic happen for you!

vonderhaus has an official partnership with the modern minimalist (owned by Jess’ wife and partner) to provide clients with services for moving, home organizing, staging, design, and renovations needs.

When Jess isn’t connecting clients and homes, you can find him renovating their mid mod ranch in the ‘Couve, foraging for mushrooms with his wife and rescue pup, or producing electronic music.
